The principles #

Four convictions carry Holotopos. They explain why it feels different from just another tool.

Federation instead of a data silo #

Holotopos does not move the data into a database of its own. The sources stay the source of truth: the inbox, the document store, the ticket system. Holotopos reads from them live and writes back in a controlled way. The advantage is independence — switch Holotopos off and not a single record is lost, because none ever moved. No vendor lock-in, no migration project.

AI prepares — the human decides #

Every incoming matter is prepared automatically: classified (what is it about?), assigned (who is responsible?) and, where it makes sense, given a draft reply. What the AI delivers is a suggestion — visible, checkable, editable. The human confirms or corrects it with a click. Nothing is sent automatically. Responsibility stays where it belongs.

Three levels #

Holotopos has exactly three depths — no more, so no one gets lost:

  1. Overview — the situation in a few numbers: what is open, what is urgent.
  2. Sources — the matters ordered by origin: mail, scans, tickets …
  3. Case — the individual matter with all context and the AI draft.

From the coarse to the fine, one step back at any time.

Composable #

No rigid dashboard. Every tile is a module, and you assemble your situational picture the way you work. A case worker needs different tiles from a managing director; a team differently from a whole organisation. The software does not dictate the view — it provides the building blocks.

The common thread. All four principles come down to the same thing: control with the human, clarity in the picture. The machine takes over the routine without taking the decision.
